Short Course - Waitering
Programme Length: 3 Months
Credential Awarded: Western Hospitality Institute Certificate
The programme is offered in a package, as a professional and personal development component is added. Courses are operated from six (6) to eight (8) weeks and classes are held once per week in the evenings from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. Each course can be specially designed or tailored to be delivered in a compressed format depending on your needs. The programme is open to you once you are a hospitality and tourism worker, a beginner in the field, or a learning enthusiast. For successful operation of the programme onsite, we require a cohort of 10-15 applicants. In addition, we offer at least three to four cohorts annually. Offsite programmes delivered at your location will meet your needs based on your stipulations (quantity is subjective in such instance).
